Jordan with HissyFitHats is amazing! Etsy estimated delivery to arrive between January 7th - 21st (Ordered December 25th). I messaged Jordan after I didn’t receive the package on January 20th to see if he had a closer estimate for delivery, but since I did not select tracked shipping, there wasn’t much to be done. The package arrived approximately 2 weeks after Etsys estimated dates. None of this was Jordan’s fault seeing as he made and shipped the item within 5 days of me placing the order, but he communicated and ensured he did everything possible to make me happy. The quality of the product is great and knitted better than hats I see at the stores (for humans). Will definitely do business again (and try and bother Jordan less next time) if I need to expand my ball pythons hat collection haha
