When will my items ship/arrive?

For retail orders, please see individual listings for processing time estimates. Typically small orders will ship on the shorter end of the scale, and larger orders will take longer to create. If you place a super large order, processing time may increase so please contact me first if timing is an issue. Once shipped your order should arrive in about 3-7 business days, barring any postal delays. If you purchased upgraded USPS Priority Mail at checkout, your order should arrive in about 3 business days once shipped. Arrival times are not guaranteed once in the mail even with upgrades, thanks so much for understanding. I’m making and shipping all orders asap!

Shipping for Greeting Cards & Stickers

Default shipping for small orders of cards or stickers is via Pitney Bowes USPS in an untracked kraft envelope per the listing. You will receive a “tracking” number from Etsy but it is not a true postal tracking number. Unfortunately it can’t be relied upon for accurate tracking — it provides us with a sort of pseudo tracking number on letters for the price of a stamp, it may not update on time or sometimes ever, can show items delivered when they’ve only just arrived at your local post office, and cannot be used by USPS or me to provide accurate tracking. USPS will deliver your order, but you will not be able to use their website to track it. I hope that makes sense! Please consider upgrading if you would like tracking for your order.

USPS Shipping Upgrades

USPS Ground Shipping upgrade adds tracking to greeting cards and stickers which typically ship without tracking by default (see individual listing for more information). USPS Priority Mail upgrade usually shortens transit time to 2-3 business days once the order is shipped. However, it is not guaranteed by the postal service and is non-refundable. Thanks so much for understanding. You can choose shipping upgrade options at checkout from the dropdown menu. **If you would like to upgrade shipping on an existing order, please send us a message to let us know, then place a new order and select the correct shipping option for upgrade at checkout, and your previous order will be fully refunded/canceled.

Shipping Address Change Requests

If you need to change your ship-to address on an existing order not yet shipped, please send us a message to let us know, then kindly place a new order with the correct address and your previous order will be fully refunded/canceled.

Shipping Charges and Estimates

Shipping charges are the best estimate calculated by the Etsy website. Most times the estimates are correct for smaller orders, however when purchasing large quantities of items sometimes charges may be inaccurate or excessive — shipping overages if any over $1 or more will kindly be refunded once items are ready to ship. If you have any questions please send me a message with the exact products you are interested in along with your location and/or zip code.
