Not anything like you'd get from the NHS,
this tablet is a far cry from a modern day script a doctor would write.
It is made from clay pottery and measures 7 1/2 x 6 inches.

my parents bought it in a second hand trinket store in egypt during their travels in 1980.

I believe it is some kind of medical advice or script to cure one of what ails.
The back paper has some medical text but i dont think its related to the egyptian symbols on the front.

I cant date it only it was bought in the 80s, so vintage but not an original ancient text!!
Flea bite chips on back edge and worn at back corners, attesting to its vintage.
Very collectable condition.

A lovely and unusual gift for the archeologist or egyptologist in the family :)
