What is your Refund and Exchanges policy?

I stand behind my work 100% and your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. To this date, all of my customers are overjoyed and completely satisfied with my jewelry. If for some reason whatsoever you are not 100% satisfied - You can return the item you have purchased and I will issue a FULL Refund less shipping and handling fees which are 15% of the total price you have paid. However, I believe we can work together towards making you happy so, in the case of exchanges, all shipping and handling fees of the replaced item will be waived. Please note that because of the nature of custom-made items, I cannot accept returns for custom-made orders, except cases in which you have received a damaged or defective item (never happened).

All of my rings are available in 4-10 US ring sizes for no extra charge. If you wish to order a ring above size 10 US, please contact me for a quote. * Guys - The best way to find out your loved one's ring size is to ask her friends and family. Usually, her mother, sister of BFF will know her ring size.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes, I do. In an effort to make your purchase as enjoyable as it can be, I will do my best to assist you. I do offer a layaway plan. Please contact me and I will do my best to make your purchase as comfortable on your purse as I can.

How soon can I get my ring?

Every ring is Unique and is handmade to order. The production time varies according to the specific design, but my rings USUALLY take no more than 14 business days to be made ready for shipping (In the case of a custom order, please add 4-6 days of production time). One thing you must understand - I will not ship an order before I make sure it is made to perfection. If you need to make a rush order, please contact me BEFORE you make the purchase and I'll do my best not to let you down. Shipping time - Because I use DHL express service, shipping is very fast. It USUALLY takes up to 4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
