Colby-Jack cheeses marries the flavors and colors of Colby and Monterey Jack and sometimes prefers to go by the nickname, Co-Jack. It's both high in calcium and saturated fat, but this crochet version? Well, he's just high on life, clearly indicated by that smile. Colby Jack Cheese is crocheted from two strands of yarn (furry orange and white), stuffed with fiberfil and adorned with sewn-on bead eyes and embroidered mouth. He measures about 6 inches across and 4 inches tall.
