We fully guarantee and stand by our handmade sandals for their quality and durability.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we'll gladly refund or exchange it. You should contact us to give you instructions and Package will need to be postmarked within 7 business days of return request date. After 7 days, there will be no refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.

In case of exchange or return, buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
Shipping / express shipping costs are non-refundable, as this money was used to ship your item.

In case you are interested in an exchange, you should return them to us and as soon as we receive them we will send you the new pair. I would like to inform you that they should be sent by registered mail and give us the tracking code. Package will need to be postmarked within 7 business days of return request date. You will also be responsible for return and exchange shipping.

FOR RUSH EXCHANGES
Due to the congested postal system there are serious delays and we do not know how long this process will take
In order for an exchange to proceed quickly, you could place a new order for the correct color or size and return the shoes you have ( in the same way that described to refunds)
Once your package is received, we will process a refund.

In case you are interested in refund (original cost is not refunded, minus shipping cost/ as this money was used to ship your item)

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount.

They should be sent by registered mail and give us the tracking code. Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.

Custom designed pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sandals in sizes EU35, EU42, EU43 and shoes EU35, EU42, EU43 are considered custom made and are not exchangeable or refunded.

Some countries may charge customs fees and buyers are responsible for paying fees.

Please note that any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country.

Sandals in sizes EU35, EU42, EU43 and shoes EU35, EU42, EU43 are considered custom made and are not exchangeable or refunded.

Otherwise, If you place double order, with the same shoe, in different size or color, it will considered a final purchase and it would'nt exchangeable or refunded.
