La Fondazione - Handmade Murano Glass Venice offers the possibility to customize or request different colors for 90% of our products.

The sizes of the rings that we can make range from 14 to 23, size IT, or from 6 1/2 to 10 for US sizes, but there are exceptions due to the sizes of the rings themselves.

We are always available to have contact with retail stores and offer discounts for wholesale purchases.

The cleaning of your Murano glass jewel is very important. There are methods and products suitable for Murano glass, which enhance its brilliance without damaging the jewel. Just follow these simple rules: For daily care, wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth. Polishing cloths to which chemicals have been applied should only be used on metal parts and not on glass. If the glass becomes “dry” or opaque, use a small amount of mineral oil, rub circularly with a light, preferably lint-free cloth and then remove excess. Do not clean with ultrasonic cleaning products or with silver products.

There is the possibility to insure the package with an additional cost. If the shipment is not insured, we are not responsible for any loss by the courier. Furthermore, if the product is picked up and then identified as broken if the shipment is not insured, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible. We only use trusted international couriers such as FedEx.

Returns in case of incorrect size

Returns in case of damaged product

Returns or refunds of a damaged product is NOT accepted unless the insured shipping has been paid for.
