The shape of the scallop is known as ‘pectin’, a Latin word for comb. Pliny, a Roman philosopher, gave scallops the name because their round outline with ribs radiating outwards reminded him of a style of comb popularly used during the Roman Empire.

Wow!! Absolutely love the compact pill container. My entire experience with watswood was amazing. I literally placed my order and received a shipping notification one hour later. The container is even more beautiful in person. I have used store bought containers for the last 13 years and they always always break. I have a feeling I’ll be able to use this one forever! The detail and craftsmanship is remarkable and in all reality it’s a pill container that is truly a work of art. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is by far my best Etsy buying experience. Thank you Eugene Watson, I have the utmost respect for your work!!

When our 24 year old son, Noah, passed away after a long illness on March 8, 2021, looking for an urn was the last thing I wanted to do. My younger son's girlfriend found this and we knew Noah would love it so I ordered right away. The only thing was USPS, for some reason, sent it up to Omaha, NE, but that's not the seller's fault. we received it today just in time to bring our son home on Monday. It's absolutely beautiful. ❤️
