This near-mint condition binder with zipper closure is black faux leather stitched with vinyl binding. The functional heavy brass metal zipper has CROWN on both sides of zipper pull. The binder has red canvas lining with two stitched heavy weight pockets inside. The measurements are 13" x 10.5" X 1.5". The binder contains an early 50's spiral notebook with house plans and costs of purchasing items used to build the house, plus heavy printed card stock dividers that have " NOTEBOOK for Institutional-on-farm training in Washington" Very good condition, there is a crack along the "spine" but is cosmetic only, and there are a couple places where the heavy stitching has broken around the corner of the "spine", again only cosmetic. If you wanted to utilize the binder, I would recommend having the corners along the spine restitched.
