How do I choose the right size?

Please check our size chart before placing your order. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters. If you have wide feet, narrow feet, a high instep or plan to wear thick socks, feel free to message us before ordering. We will be happy to help you choose the best size.

Are your shoes handmade?

Yes. Every pair of Nomad Shoes is carefully handmade in our workshop using genuine leather, hand stitching and traditional shoemaking methods. Small natural marks, leather grain differences and slight handmade variations are part of the character of real leather craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?

We use genuine leather for the upper, lining, sole and other main construction parts, depending on the model. Many of our shoes also include leather laces, hand stitching and natural cotton thread details. Each product page includes specific material information for that model.

Can I request a custom size or custom design?

Yes. We can produce many models with custom adjustments depending on the design. Please contact us before ordering if you need a special size, wider fit, different leather color, special sole option or a custom design request.

Do you make shoes for film, theatre or costume projects?

Yes. Nomad Shoes has experience producing handmade leather footwear for historical costume projects, theatre, screen productions and Hollywood film and television work. For bulk orders or production projects, please contact us with the model, quantity, deadline and technical requirements.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges according to our shop policies. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with the order. Custom made or personalized orders may have different return conditions. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

How long does production take?

Most items are made to order. Production time may vary depending on the model, order volume and custom requests. Please check the estimated processing time shown on the product page. If you need your order for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering.

Are these shoes suitable for daily wear?

Many of our shoes are suitable for daily wear, depending on the model and sole option. Some designs are made mainly for historical outfits, reenactment, stage, screen or costume use, while others are more suitable for everyday comfort. Will the leather look exactly like the photos?

Natural leather may show slight differences in grain, tone, texture and surface markings. This is normal and part of the beauty of genuine leather. We always do our best to keep the final product as close as possible to the photos shown in the listing.
