How to return/ exchange work?

The shop policy for return / exchange It is important that you get an accurate wrist measurement of your wrist size before placing an order. 2. If you need an adjustment or a resize of your band contact me using the Etsy convo. Contact me within the first 3 days of receiving the item. Please ship it back with a tracking number and order number. 3. Costs are associated when we have to make an adjustment or a resize. Please select the appropriate listing for your adjustment or resize. 4. A cost is associated with a return/restock. We charge a fee of $8.00.

How much for a resize?

If you order a wrong size and want to size up or size down. We will charge $8 fee for a resizing with includes first class shipping back to you. ( You have to send it back to me and with the order number) Please purchase the resizing link ( you can find it in our shop by searching for resizing link)

Product defect exchange or return

If you are requesting a return or exchange due to a product defect, please provide a clear video or photos that demonstrate the issue. Once we can verify the defect through your media, we will assist you with the next steps. Thank you!

How Watch Adapters/ Connectors return?

While the Watch Adapters / Connectors associate products, so for the there product return. We charge $ 4 for handling cost. If you are not sure what watch connectors fit your watch, you can email us in case you make a mistake.

I haven't received my items. What should I do

Recently, some the packages have shown arriving late, and you may confused what is going on. If your package has this situation happened,the package is late but not lost. If this situation has more than 10 business days, please contact us ASAP. Thank you!

If you ordered the wrong items, please contact us. You can exchange the wrong items to the correct items; however, while these are handmade products, so we will charge $8 for the exchange. If you want to return, we also charge $8. Thank you!

The package shows "delivered " but I didn't receive it

If your package shows "delivered " but I didn't receive it. While the package has shown "delivered " At this point, we encourage you to contact your LOCAL post office,and your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Also, you can contact us if you have any question about the package.

What should I do I measured my wrist correctly, but the band doesn't fit me

If you ordered a band, the size is too big or too small. Please measure your wrist tightly and send me your measurement. If you measured correctly, and ordered the right size, but I didn't send you a right size of the band.. I will replace a new band for you.

How to I order a correct size/ size correction

1. As a reminder, the size you select should match your total wrist circumference, not the length of the watch band itself. For example, if your wrist measures 6", you should select the 6" option. 2. If you believe the incorrect size was shipped, please provide a photo of your wrist measurement to demonstrate the issue. If you have any questions regarding fit, please contact us before placing your order.

We do NOT offer refunds for sizing errors.

1. As stated in our guidelines, the size you order should reflect your total wrist circumference measured snugly. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered sizes. 2. If you would like to request an exchange, you must ship the original band back to us. There is an $8.00 exchange fee per band to cover processing and shipping the replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
