A slightly different take on the traditional snowglobe, this item is created from an original piece of artwork hand painted using acrylic inks, with small details scratched out with a knife to reveal the paper beneath.
Depicting a wintry evening landscape scene in semi-abstract style, the finished artwork has been mounted into an acrylic snow block - shake the block and the snow and glitter will swirl around the scene like a traditional snowglobe, to create a magical animated scene. The acrylic block itself has also been hand engraved with whitened frosty grasses, to give an additional 3 dimensional quality to the scene.
The block measures 15.8cm high, by 10.5cm wide, and is 2.5cm deep which allows it to stand on edge by itself.
A beautiful piece of original artwork suitable for anyone who loves snowglobes!
