All badge reels and keychains are made of high quality acrylic, polyester glitter, and art resin. Since they are made of acrylic, damage may occur if dropped from high altitudes.
Keep away from high heat.
Wipe clean with a dry lint-free cloth.
Do not wipe with alcohol as this will dull the shine.

I am not responsible for any damages to an item after 30 days of delivery. I will not refund, nor send a replacement after 30 days. You will have to place a new order.
If after the 30 days your badge reel breaks from the reel holder, apply a generous portion of E6000 glue to the back of the acrylic and adhere to reel holder. Let dry for 48 hours before usage.

At this time I am not able to offer custom orders. I hope to offer them in the near future. When I do, I will open a few spots on a first-come, first-served basis and when approved by me first.

All badge reels are either 2" wide or 2" in height.
Keychains are either 2.5" or 3".

All orders have a 2-3 week processing time, not including shipping time. Once your order is handmade within the 2-3 weeks processing time, it will ship via USPS. First-Class Shipping takes anywhere from 3-5 business days and Priority-Mail Shipping could be from 1-3 days.
