These fingerless mitts are hand knit in 2 different sock yarns - socks for hands! They are machine washable wool in shades of yellow, green and gray.

They measure about 7 1/2" long and 7 1/2" around the widest part of the hand - they're suitable for the medium to large woman's hand.

They have great texture and are knit from my own pattern that I call "End of Day". There was a tradition in Victorian glassblowing factories that the workers could use what bits of glass that remained at the end of the work day to make things for themselves, hence "end of day". These items are highly collectable today. I have an old "end of day" paperweight from a junk shop in England that inspired this pattern. Lots of color and just a bit of this and a bit of that!

This item ships via USPS priority mail in the US. International and/or combined shipping is available, please convo me.
