Introducing my next piece in a series of Endangered Species, "Cambria", an adorable Sea Otter.

I went looking for these cute little creatures during a visit to the Central Coast. They are much more difficult to spot then the seals and elephant seals which have made this area home. It took a local resident to help me spot these guys wrapped up in kelp and just lounging on the water. I've named this one "Cambria" for the little gem of a town right on the coast.

"Cambria" is a beautiful bronze sculpture measuring 2.75" x 2.25" x 1.25", offered as a signed and numbered limited edition of 300 and 30 artist proofs.

Over the last 30 years, I've been blessed with the opportunity to swim with whales, sharks, sea turtles, and even do hands on research with some of the foremost scientists in the world. A few years back, I started hiking and I continued to volunteer my time to help wildlife biologists out in the field. As an artist, I've been given a unique opportunity to share my concerns for the environment and pray that in some small way I can inspire young people, other artists and more to share their passion with others. I've sculpted environmental monuments on each coast and won numerous fine art awards across the country, including the prestigious Mystic Museum International Award of Excellence. What inspires me most though, is the feedback I receive in the form of letters and e-mails from people around the world who are as passionate about the environment as I am.

All my sculptures are dreamed of, created, cast using the lost wax process and completely cast and finished in the U.S.A., helping American workers and their families. My sculpture is only available through Fine Art Galleries and Retailers. I do not sell sculpture directly to the public except for my charity pieces. A portion of the proceeds from the Endangered Species goes to environmental and charity organizations.
