My Story
The Surround Yourself with Happiness Journal was inspired by my own healing journey. My whole life I have have always felt like only the bad things were going to happen and that every negative thing my brain told me was true. I constantly found myself in a state of brain fog and anxiety. Wondering what was wrong and why is al of this happening to me. After going through some pretty hard life events, I knew something needed to change, so I started my healing journey. I learned how to create space from my negative and worrisome thinking and to focus on the all the good things that were passing me by. During that time, I started journaling and I learned how my thoughts create my reality. I started calling out the good by writing it down so I could see it from day to day. I would write out weekly and monthly check-ins to make sure I was not falling back into old habits again. That is when things started to change. I started to catch myself when I was getting into a negative thinking pattern and was able to make a conscious shift out of it. I started loving my life more. It was like everything had changed even thought all that had changed was my thinking. The Surround Yourself with Happiness Journal was created for anyone that is ready for their healing journey. To stop believing everything their negative thoughts say and make the shift towards being kind to themselves and seeing all of the good that is already happening in their lives.
