I've developed my own ways for making faux turquoise in polymer clay, mostly because I love real turquoise, and honestly, have never been good at and have not liked the process that is usually involved.
I love the kind with brownish matrix showing. I love the idea of creating a faux turquoise slab as big as I want. I love the idea of making mosaic turquoise and covering a box or frame with it! So now that I've developed these techniques, I want to share them with you.
There are 115 high quality photos and 30 pages in this tutorial. I always write in a very conversational style, just as if I were talking with you. And I enjoy designing my tutorials more like a magazine article than a dry how-to lesson. I think that the way it is presented is as important as the information contained in it. So I take pride in making mine the most beautiful, friendly, and informative that I can.
You will learn three kinds of faux turquoise: Slab Style, Matrix Style, and Mosaic Style. I also throw in some tips and tricks along the way, and even show you some of my mistakes and how to fix them.
I also include a gallery showing you many different ways of using your new creations, as well as my usual Resources page - all updated for this tutorial.
You will need Adobe Reader to open the tutorials. If you do not have the Adobe Reader program, you can download it at www.adobe.com.
Please convo me if you have any questions before purchasing.
Feel free to sell any items you create using these instructions. However, please do not resell, reproduce, or distribute the tutorial itself either in hard copy or digital files. And also do not teach these techniques.
Thank you so much, my lovelies!
