Email Signature Update/Edit or Additional Company Signatures

All items in this shop are digital and do not require shipping. Files (other than custom work) will be available to download within minutes once payment is confirmed. A link for your download will be sent to the email address you have associated with your account and you can also find your downloadable items under You -> Purchases & Reviews.

Note: if you use eCheck, the downloads will be released once the payment has cleared. On eChecks this can take 3-5 days.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, and perpetual loss of creative property once the buyer receives the files, cancellations or exchanges will NOT be given for instant download products.

Exception to this rule is made if you for example have purchased the same product twice, then I will gladly return 1 of the purchases.

I can cancel and refund custom work (add-ons) as long as the design process has not been started.

When it comes to printing your document, BoldStationery is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check the sizing, colors, bleed lines, etc.

Software and software versions are mentions in each items sales text, please read it carefully. Refunds will not be given if you try to edit the files with another software than what is mentioned in the items sales text.

It might take up to 24-48 hours for me to complete the custom work once I have received all the necessary information from you. Specially if you order during the weekend it can take longer. If you are in a hurry, please ask for time estimate before ordering.
