❥ Viscose Silk Blend: 50% Viscose, 50% Polyester
This fabric offers an incredibly soft texture with a luxurious feel against the skin.
Viscose is known for its breathability.
It is a semi-synthetic fabric derived from wood pulp, often used as a silk alternative due to its similar smoothness and elegant drape.

❥ NATURAL ITALIAN SILK: 97% silk, 3% elastane, 19 momme mulberry silk
Both fabrics are very soft and lightweight draping well, very pleasant to the skin. Light shade colors are slightly translucent.

CARE INSTRUCTION:
Wash at 30°C with mild detergent.
Use a delicate cycle with minimal spin speed.
Do not bleach or use bleaching agents.
Iron at a low temperature (max. 110°C).
Hang to dry vertically.
Professional dry cleaning recommended with hydrocarbon solvents.
For machine drying, use a delicate or low-heat setting.
To maintain its quality, we recommend hand washing this fabric for optimal care.

We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges for purchases that comply with our Returns Policy.

!!! Please note that your package was shipped from Ukraine via a consolidated FedEx + USPS service. The shipping cost, as well as all duties and tariff taxes required under the new U.S. import regulations, were covered by us, so you received your shipment without any additional payments.
Due to these conditions, the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) amount (amount depend on the order value) will be deducted from the refund total only. !!!

• If the size does not fit or if you are unsatisfied with the item, our policy applies as follows:
1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
2. Item Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
3. Return Shipping: Return the item via International Registered Mail through any postal service (shipment reference numbers must start with S, R, C, V, LM, LX, LZ, LL). Please provide us with the tracking number of the shipment to process your return.
Note: We advise against using USPS First Class Mail International as it may take 25 to 40 days to reach Ukraine and is prone to being lost. If we do not receive the package, we cannot process a refund.
4. Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us. If the item is returned in a condition other than its original, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once we have received the returned item. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7 days after receiving the return.

✅Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

• Size Restrictions: Items in sizes XXL/XXXL are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Custom Orders: Custom items, sale items, embroidered items, and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.
• Personalized Items: Items customized with your choice of fabric and lace color are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Missed Return Deadline: Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 7 days from the delivery date.
• Incorrect Measurements: If the buyer provides incorrect measurements, returns and exchanges are not accepted, as all items are made to order.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: If the buyer provides the wrong shipping address, refunds will be processed minus the shipping costs both ways (approximately $15 to $20), but only if the item is returned to our location in Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Missed Delivery: If an item is returned to us due to the recipient missing the delivery, refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs both ways ($15 to $20), provided the item is returned to Kyiv, Ukraine.

✅Stolen Mail Policy:

1. If you wish to add insurance to your order, please contact us prior to shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
3. We are unable to contact your post office regarding missing packages. You will need to follow up directly unless you purchased shipping insurance.
4. In the event of stolen mail, we can issue a full refund only after you provide a police report and a registered claim with the Postal Inspection Service.
