How can I download my files after purchase?

After payment clears check under Purchases for your zip file. Your downloads are kept under Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, click on the blue download button next to the purchased item. Software requeriments

All these templates are created using Microsoft Word and saved with the .docx file format, so you must have Microsoft Word installed on your own personal computer to edit and use the template. • PC: Microsoft Word (2007 or later) • Mac: Microsoft Word (2011 or later) Please don´t use different software to edit the files! Can I return or exchange my template?

Due to the digital nature of the downloadable products, and perpetual loss of creative property once the buyer receives the files, refunds or exchanges will NOT be given for instant download products. However, if you have any issue with the product please contact me and I will gladly work with you to resolve it.

Can I cancel my order?

I will be happy to cancel your order but please make sure not to download any files. Please note that once the files are downloaded I receive that information and you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Payment with eCheck - PayPal

If the payment method is eCheck, it could take 3 to 5 business days for the payment to clear. If you pay via PayPal eCheck, your purchases won't be downloadable until the eCheck clears, etsy's rules.
