Add a little woodland whimsy to your outfit with these wooden brooches. Wear one or two or three at the same time! Featuring a maple leaf, barn owl, and acorns, these brooches are lovely and simple, upcycled from vintage dictionary pages.

The wooden heart brooch measures 1 1/2 x 1/8" and can secure to your clothing, scarves, or handbags with its 1" steel pin back and this listing includes three. These are one of a kind made from pages of a 1962 edition of the Brittanica World Language Dictionary which was given to me by my granparents when I was little, and has since suffered through many moves and years beneath the living room couch... just wanted to assure you the dictionaries were already done for and I'm not just destroying them for fun. I'm excited to make something I find beautiful out of what someone else might throw away.
