In the process of printing pieces for the gallery show I was in earlier this year, I ended up with a TON of pieces that, though great-looking, I didn't end up using. Consequently, they didn't get stretched or framed, and they've been hanging out in my closet in rolls, just waiting for their moment in the sun.

There are three pieces in the "Study" series that feature variations on this striking bit of corrosion. It was on the inside of a big bin sitting on its side in a lot that was under construction. I confess that I'm not entirely sure I captured what I was truly intending, but I still think the resulting images are pretty nifty.

This is a giclee print on glossy canvas, stretched onto a heavy-duty 1.75" wood frame that gives it a really pleasant weight on the wall. Sides are black. It's signed and dated on the front, and is numbered 1/100.
