Mason Jar Solar Lights™the ORIGINAL Twist-on Solar Lid Design- for Outdoor Lighting, Clear Mason Ball Jars with my handmade Solar Lids in an Antique Milk Basket Carrier

*Two Clear Ball Mason Jars
*Two silver Solar Lids
*Antique Milk Basket Carrier

->Solar Lights: This is the original Twist On Lid design that I invented and have sold here since May 2010. I've had my solar jars outside for several years & they continue to shine! No electricity needed, set outdoors in the sun to charge and watch them glow at night! You'll find knockoffs created, usually by gluing, but with my design, they are made secure, & designed to hold up to outdoor conditions!

-->Basket/Carrier: This is one of my FAVORITE ways to carry my Solar Light jars! If I want to use them in an area that doesn’t get much sun during the day, I carry the basket of Solar Jars to a sunny location and then move them back at night. My brother and I dug this carrier from a dilapidated shed that was on a century old dairy farm. It used to carry milk and now it can hold your Solar Light jars, flowers, or storage jars!

-->Other Uses: Flower arrangements for the home, weddings or friends.Storage in the kitchen. Silverware holder for entertaining. Candle basket centerpiece. A NEAT way to display your canned goodies..... I love being able to twist off the solar light lids, bring the jars inside and use them for different purposes. Then set them back outside with the lights twisted back on, and let them light up the night.
(Last photo shows a flower arrangement that I made for a friend for her birthday, with flowers from my garden.)

This antique metal basket does show it's age with wear. I leave mine outside all of the time and it does fine in the weather conditions, just continues to age. Most have a RED or GREEN handle. If you prefer a red, green, or black handle please ask. Color depends on supply.

Answers to common questions about Solar LIDS ©treasureagain:
*Place outside in FULL direct sun.
*The Solar light is automatic. Lights at dusk & runs until sun charge runs low.
*Rain tolerant and designed to be left outside. Not just glued!
*The solar lids twist onto the jar securely!
*Brightness & Shine time depends on amount of outdoor sun/charge received.
*Summer night shine approx 6-8 hours,Winter 2-3 hours due to suns intensity
*Lights need to charge outside in full sun before getting the full affect.
*Replacement Rechargeable Ni-Cd Batteries in hardware stores or online.
*If experience dim light, the lids need more outside sunlight to charge.
*I include instructions.
*Clear inner globe is optional & can be removed if desired.
*If used indoors, lights have to be placed back OUTSIDE to get recharged.
*Place in an area with NO obstructions overhead. If placed in filtered light (shade, trees, shadows, covered porch,etc..) they will be less affective.
*Remember this EASY TIP.........These are SOLAR lights, and need sunlight to charge. The more light you give them, the longer they will shine.**
I wrote this list to provide helpful tips and answers to questions. I've compiled this list over time, as I've experimented with the lights in my own garden. When you see my personal list & knockoffs of my designs elsewhere, it was stolen from here.
