‘The Happy Little Handsaw’ is about the trials and tribulations of a little handsaw that lived with an old saw-maker. The poor little guy wanted to be useful, but his teeth were too small. That’s all I’m going to tell you for fear of giving anything away. This is a great little book to read to your children. It is a very sweet story, plus gives young ones some insights into woodworking and the lumber industry.

I guessing the reading level is from 3-6 years of age.

‘The Happy Little Handsaw’ was written by Robert E. Mahaffay, and illustrated by Milli Eaton. It was published by the West Coast Lumbermen’s Association in 1955. It is a staple bound paperback and has 19 pages.

This book has been gently used. There is some shelf wear, plus a couple of small tears to the tops of the cover. The pages have yellowed a bit from age.

This book measures 9” tall and 6” wide.
