This is an absolutely stunning jacket, in excellent condition given its age. The jacket is made from green velvet with blue panels on the collar and underpart of the sleeve. The quilting on the inside of the jacket also has a bluish/ green sheen to it. The jacket was designed to go over a bustle skirt so the jacket flares out at the bottom.

Considering the age of jacket, it held up amazingly well. There is natural wear on the seams and the inside hem. The buttons have also been replaced. The wear shows mostly on the inside of the jacket- the quilting has been worn down in several places, showing the material beneath particularly around the buttonholes, hemline, and neckline. And there is a hole in the lining of the right armpit.

Fits like an extra small

Waist: 24"
Shoulder to shoulder: 13"
Waist to hem: 17"
