All items are custom-made by hand just for you! Thus, every purchase is a custom order. We cannot accept returns for items unless they arrive damaged, defective or printed on the wrong size or color item.

In the rare case that an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order, you can either receive a full refund or simply wait for the product to become available.

Sorry - we cannot honor requests for exchanges. Please be sure to check our sizing charts before you order. To ensure the best fit, measure an item that fits you well and compare it's measurements to the appropriate size chart.

Please contact us immediately if you receive an item in the wrong color or size - or if it arrives damaged or defective. We'll send you a replacement after receiving a photo(s) from you that meets our requirements and clearly shows the issue that qualifies it for replacement.

The item must be 100 % unused, in the exact same condition that you received it and with it's original packaging.

T-Shirts: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only - if necessary. Hang or tumble dry on low. Medium iron. Do not iron over print. Do not dry clean.

Sweatshirts and Hoodies: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Hang or medium tumble dry. Do not iron or dry clean.

Pillows: Remove pillow before cleaning cover. Pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or soft brush soaked in warm, soapy water. Machine wash warm, normal cycle. Hang dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Steam or dry iron on low heat only. Do not iron directly on print. Fluff pillow to reshape. Spot clean pillow by hand only with a soft cloth or soft brush soaked in warm, soapy water.

VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes as well as import, customs or other fees may be levied to customers outside of the USA. It is the responsibility of our international customers to research and pay any such taxes or fees.

EU customers wishing to invoke their "right of withdrawal" must contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't have a way of getting your gift message into or onto the item you are gifting or it's packaging. We are working on a resolution for this and hope to have one soon.
