Orders ship out within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. Each individual listing will show the production time needed for that particular piece.
I ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday only and do not ship out on Statutory holidays. My goal is always to get an order out as soon as possible and it may even ship out the same day.

All orders to Canada and the USA come with tracking & insurance. Shipping to most other countries includes tracking & insurance, but there are some countries that we can not get tracking or insurance on shipments. We will notify you if it can not be tracked or insured to see if you want to proceed at your risk. Insurance only covers the package while it is in transit for loss or damage, it does not cover for theft after the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that it is being delivered to a secure safe place, as we are not responsible for theft after package is delivered.

You may cancel an order for up to 2 hours after placing your order for any reason. If you want to cancel an order after the initial 2 hours and production has not started on the order, I'd be happy to cancel it for you. After production has started or it has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after an order has been shipped and received. We ensure that items listed are described to the best of our ability and that what you receive will be as described and pictured. Please make sure you read the full listing details for colors & sizes and view all images. Please take note that colors may vary between computer screens. If an order arrives damaged or has an error, a return can be made for a full refund. We must be notified within 5 days of delivery for you to receive a return authorization, photos will be required. For the EU you have 14 days by law

I can NOT guarantee delivery times, no one can. The shipping companies are not providing us with guaranteed delivery times, so it would be impossible for us to do so. I do guarantee I will ship your order out within the posted shipping date on your order. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused some uncertainty within the postal & shipping industry and it is slowly recovering, delays are still a real possibility. I would recommend allowing extra time for delivery and please note, delivery times shown are estimated by the postal services and not guaranteed. *To International Countries - I ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada

I live in a community 10 minutes from the US/Canada border, so I am able to ship to my USA customers from Washington State by USPS for First Class, Priority & Express mail by USPS. This allows faster and cheaper shipping for my customers and no Customs duty will be charged on any order under $800. There also will be no Customs delays on any orders delivered to the US.

We are not responsible when a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer. If the package is not deliverable, it will hopefully be returned to us by the postal services and we will contact you for further instructions. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer including the original shipping, return shipping and reshipping.

If it was delivered to the wrong address which was provided by the customer and the residents there did not return the package to the postal services, there is really nothing we can do in this case to retrieve it back.

Once a return authorization is approved for a damaged item, the return must be shipped out in the original packaging and post marked within 5 business days to the Canadian address we will provide in the written authorization. DO NOT return to the return address on the package, that belongs to our freight forwarder and they do not accept returns. Item must not of been worn or tried on. If it is coming from outside of Canada it must be clearly marked as a "RETURN" on the Customs form. Failure to do so will have any Customs or Duties fees charged to me deducted from refund. Photos still in original packaging required. *** We do NOT accept any returns delivered by Courier companies, including UPS, FedEx and DHL.***

We do not accept any unauthorized returns (forced returns), all returns must have written approval authorization from us in writing. If you do not claim your package from the post office when they notify you that you have a package for pick up and it is returned to us, we are not obligated to accept or refund for the order. Returns caused by refusal to pay Customs & Duties for International shipments by the buyer upon delivery of the package are considered a forced return and we are not obligated to accept the package or refund the buyer. If you ordered late and did not allow enough time for the item to arrive we are not responsible. Suggested delivery times are only estimates by the postal services and are not guaranteed.
