This is a little gem of a party dress. No tags, but probably made at home by a clever seamstress in a soft cotton velveteen fabric. The bodice and skirt are lined with a marigold-colored acetate fabric. Dropped waist, 3/4 sleeves, closes up the back with a metal zipper. It looks like the skirt was once hemmed about an inch or two above where the bottom hem is now, but the current bottom hem is finished so it's completely wearable as it. I've found two marks on the skirt - one is a faint dark spot, about the size of a quarter, in the front. There's another faint stain toward the bottom front - it's light tan, and looks like somebody spilled something (hot chocolate? Irish coffee?) down the front of the skirt. That stain is about the size of a candy bar, about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Neither of these stains are terribly noticeable, and the spill definitely gets lost in the folds of the skirt. They're faint enough to be hard to photograph, but they're there and you can see them if you look closely. I can't find any other issues, no damage or funky smells. This dress has been professionally cleaned and is ready to wear.
