You will recieve a care card in your parcel which gives to a brief easy to understand instructions but I will also list them here for everyone to read and be aware of what it takes to keep your case in tip top condition:

🎀 Please do not put these in tight pockets or car phone holders these can pull on your case and weaken the bond of the charms to the whip and the whip to the case!

🎀 If your case does loose charms these can be fixed with super glue!

🎀 if your case should break within the first 7 days of recieving with out reason please reach out you can send it back and have a new one made if it is found that it was a problem in production know that I run stress tests on all my cases as well as I make my own for myself so I know how much it can really endure. do know you will be responsible for the postage.

🎀 cleaning your case is important they can gather dust and dirt in the crevices due to the nature of the design, using warm soapy water and a cotton bud should be all you need to keep your case looking it's best.
