Each of our single wire cutters come with 3 wires. 1 wire will already be in the cutter head (we fully assembled the cutter when making to ensure alignment) as well as a package of 2 replacement wires. There is an option to upgrade to a package of 4 wires at the check out. If you choose this option you will have a total of 5 wires- 1 on the cutter head and a package of 4 replacement wires.

No. To help reduce shipping costs the cutter head is removed from the body for shipping. An instruction booklet comes with the cutter. The assembly is quite simple- a bolt is removed from the cutter body and the arm is bolted into the slot.

Yes we do! If you have an idea that you would like to see created please contact us! We work primarily with HDPE plastic and are able to do a large range of custom work. First we discuss your idea, next we develop a CAD drawing for your approval, then we create a price quote. On your first order of the design there will be a $20 design fee in addition to the quoted price, this design fee is only charged once for a per design. Any subsequent orders of this design will be priced using the cost breakdown you received with the initial quote (material pricing may increase). A minimum number of units is generally required, this will be specific to the size of your project and determined by the number of units to utilize a sheet of HDPE.

Yes. We are a Canadian company and compliant with all Canadian regulations (Cosmetic Notification Forms filed, Labeling Laws, etc). I will send ingredient lists in the required percentages if requested (white labeling).
