This is a great collection of sea salts that any cook would love to have in their collection.

These salts are all natural and are full with enriched minerals and flavor. Since the jars vary from 1.30 to 1.70 ounces in weight, its a perfect size to try out without investing alot of money and makes a great size to try them out before ordering larger quantities.

Sea Salts in this collection are:

Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt - this salt is coarse and can be used in a salt mill. Traditional Hawaiian table salt, it is rich in iron-oxide of harvested red "Alae" clay. Wonderful for roasting or grilling meats, for spice blends and rubs, adding both color and flavor to your recipes. Hawaiians will use this salt for ceremonial and medicincal purposes as well. Grind fine and use as a fiinishing salt.

Bolivian Rose Salt - the coarse salt is harvested from the Andres Mountains range in Bolivia. Ancient sea salts deposits were covered with volcanic lava, creating this high mineral salt. It also makes a gorgeous presentation in a clear salt mill. Use when roasting/grilling meats, soups, sauces and as a finishing salt.

Himalayan Pink Gourmet Salt - medium grain salt that is pure and hand-mined deep within the pristine Himalayan Mountains. The crystals are high in minerals and range from white to varying shades of pink and red. Have been known to provide many health benefits and healthy PH balance. These crystals are the highest quality Himalayan salt available. Use for cooking, grilling/roasting, soups, sauces and as a finishing salt.

Baleine, Salins du Midi - coarse salt that is naturally evaporated in France. Produced in Aigues-Mortes, a protected area where salt has been gathered since Antiquity when the engineer, Peccius was in charge of production. Can be used in salt mill. This salt is known for its mild and bright white crystals and is of high quality. Great for everyday cooking, roasting and grilling.

Yakima - Applewood Smoked Sea Salt - Smoked sea salts are a wonderful, natural way to add extra flavor to your recipes. This smoked sea salt is hand-crafted using a slow smoking process, allowing the salt to absorb maximum flavor without becoming bitter and a wonderful color.
