However, due to the nature of our business and the printing process, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations, exchanges, and returns while acknowledging the legal rights of our customers under EU and UK law.

However, as each poster is printed on-demand specifically for each customer's order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

However, as our posters are printed on-demand and personalized for each order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than defective or damaged items. IMPORTANT! Return shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels).
2.2 New Condition
Our posters are considered brand new when they are printed and shipped to you. To maintain the highest quality and ensure customer satisfaction, we cannot resell posters that have been returned, as they will no longer be in new condition.
