This Tri-fold women wallet is made from reclaimed and reused original and unique Kuna indian Molas mixed with 100% authentic leather in vibrant colors. Molas are original pieces of clothing of the Kuna Indigenous women which are located in the North of Colombia and South of Panama. After being handmade and worn by the women, the Molas are then re-purposed to become a contemporary and functional new object..

-100% cotton. Multicolor
-100% leather. dark brown
-Durable nickel span close

Height 5"
Length 4"
Length open 9 1/4"

This wallet features 4 slots for ID or credit cards, a large slot for cash and receipts and 2 compartments for small papers and a coin pocket.

Please note:
Our Mola wallets are made under the standard ID-1 format:
The ID-1 format specifies a size of 85.60 × 53.98 mm (3.370 × 2.125 in). It is commonly used for banking cards (ATM cards, credit cards, debit cards, etc.).

Since mola panels have been worn as part of the traditional dress of Kuna women they often show signs of wear such as fading and stitch marks along the edges of the panels. These "imperfections" indicate that the mola is authentic and not made solely to be sold to tourists.
