Storing garlic requires a fairly dark place with good air circulation at about room temperature. That's why people use garlic jars. I've been told that storing garlic in the refrigerator makes it definitely dries it out. So, keep this attractive jar out on your counter for handy use.

This one is a light blue that has speckly touches of beige, grey & even lavendar. Three holes provide the air circulation. At 5 1/2" high (including the handle) and a 3 1/2" top opening, this jar will hold at least 3 or 4 good sized heads of garlic.

As a person who is a real fan of garlic...I even grow it...I use my garlic jar every day.
