Is commercial licensing included with my SVG purchase?

Personal and commercial licensing are included. You may use my designs to make and sell physical objects for personal use or your business use including but not limited to printing, cutting, making t-shirts, cards, decorations, etc. You may use in their original or modified state but altering this design/file in any way does not make it yours. You may produce up to 250 finished products in house. If you plan to produce more you can buy a license from me. Please message me for details. YOU CANNOT share, sell or redistribute my graphics in any digital form, whether modified or not. YOU CANNOT sell my designs through print-on-demand sites such as Amazon Merch, Zazzle, café press,Red Bubble, Tee Spring, Spoonflower, etc.

I don't have a cutting machine. Can I still order one of your SVG designs?

Yes you can! You have two options: 1) Make it yourself with iron on transfer paper and an inkjet printer. You can find the paper on amazon, ebay, etsy or your local craft store. 2) Use a professional printer like printlab, printafly or a local printer who can print your products for you.

I changed my mind on my purchase, can I return or exchange it?

Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges however I will help the best I can if you are experiencing problems with your download. I am based in the UK so for US customers please consider I am 5 hours a head of you, any messages sent after 6pm will be during my bedtime but I will answer straight away the next morning!

How do I download my files?

Etsy’s automated download system works great and rarely has issues. You should have received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. Be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy. Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download will appear under past purchases. If necessary you can refer to this article for help: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

Downloading/Uploading

When you click download you will receive a ZIP file. If you are using a mobile or tablet you will need to install an unzipping app like izip or similar which are free to download from your App Store. Please ensure you are familiar with zip files. I test every single product so can ensure the products are not faulty. If you have problems uploading the file to your program it will likely be a computer or internet issue.

What programs can I use and with what file types?

Please check you are using the correct file type for your program: SVG - Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition DXF - Silhouette Studio EPS - Make The Cut, also for vector use in several design programs. PNG - For printing and web use. .png is a universal file format. Some most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. A free, web-based program option is Google Docs. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs.

NO SVG / MY FILE IS CORRUPTED

Every one of my designs is saved in SVG format first and then the other file types are saved after. If you see SVG document or an svg that looks like it can't be opened just go to your cutting program and open it though there. If you are not seeing it at all or if your files aren't working when they have been downloaded that means they were likely corrupted in the download. You may be using Chrome/Internet Explorer/Safari and when the connection is poor or download speed is slow and even sometimes for an unexplained reason, this will all affect it from working properly. If it still won't open or you are having problems I'm more than happy to email it to you directly.

My payment isnt processing what do i do?

This is under Etsy’s control. Your quickest and best solution is to contact Etsy To verify that your order went through look on your Etsy account under "You" and then "Purchases and Reviews". If it says “processing” please contact Etsy. You may message me and I can tell you whether it went through or not or if it’s still processing but this is all. I cannot push through or refund orders that say “processing”, so if it’s doing this, contact Etsy customer service.

I am based in the UK so for US customers please consider I am 5 hours a head of you, any messages sent after 6pm (US time) will be during the middle of my night time but I will answer straight away the next morning!
