Shipped from USA. Shipping is free within USA with tracking on all order $35 or more. Express delivery is available as an option at checkout at an additional cost based on the shipper’s fees. We will express ship through the USPS, UPS and FedEx. Our parcels are shipped in a padded envelope to ensure that they arrive safely. Normal wear of jewelry typically lends itself to the build up of oil and dirt on the jewelry. Bathing your jewelry in warm (not hot) water with dish soap will remove the buildup. Please make sure to rinse and completely dry your jewelry to ensure that isn’t left with watermarks. It is always a good idea to remove jewelry prior to entering heavily chlorinated or salt water as both can damage jewelry with time. We also suggest keeping a jewelry polishing cloth available for polishing and maintaining luster. Jewelry oxidation can be removed with polishing clothes that are made specially to remove oxidation.
