Our usual packaging time is about 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). It can be LONGER during busy periods of the year (holidays, Valentines, wedding season), for specific items (oxidized or hand made custom work), or for items out of stock due to production or vendor out of stock delays.
Always check with us BEFORE ordering if an item you need is time sensitive.

Shipping times may vary depending on number of priority / express orders daily, time of year, our travel schedules for sourcing, etc ..

International deliveries are beyond our control once we mail them at the post office.

ISSUES / CONCERNS WITH YOUR ORDER:
- Should you have any problems with your order when received (eg. missing items, items different than what you order, items do not suit your needs, etc), contact us within 7 days. We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe.
- Please keep ALL packaging (bubbler, envelope, bags) to provide us documentation that we will need to determine what happened with your order. We will not be able to do a refund, exchange, resend of anything without this information.

We have a very strict shipping process & double check all orders before they go out so any issues are very rare and we need to determine what happened with your order with our shipping team. Thanks for your understanding

If you did not purchase insurance, we cannot refund or reship your order.

Oxidized findings are custom done.. so please allow extra time for the intense process of oxidizing, drying, polishing..

Handmade items or custom items ( some finished necklaces, wire wrapped pendants, rings, some bows / chevron bars / Diaz bars, etc..) may take up to several weeks depending on shop's volume..

BACKORDERS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- Due to the number of items (over 1000) in the shop, we can't guarantee all items listed will be available at all times.
- We order from vendors bulk orders 1-4 times/month, so if your item is out we will place it on backorder. It could take weeks for us to be back in stock. If you need us to contact you re: this, please note this at the time of checkout
- Vendor production delays are out of our control

Unfortunately, due to our volume, we cannot inform all buyers of issues with backordered out of stock items or production delays
