Reduced from $76 to $68 ;o)

Despite being difficult to date these, I was (am) determined to find a solid home for these ;o) And perhaps you will be too!

Yes ladies, welcome to "men's" fashion. We can also wear cuff links! Men, feel free to ogle and take out your drool buckets as well ;oP

These beautiful and dainty pair of cuff links would do your office attire or period garb some well to do justice. Host an event, wear these for a night out on the town, sport them to a lunch date, meeting, or holiday/ birthday event and be sure to leave a sophisticated and classy impression.

There is a TINY imprint on both links of a code: 1/20 12K G.F.

"GF, gf, G.F. Gold Filled- refers to a metal item that has a thin sheet of gold applied to a base metal core but the layer is thicker than in plated items. The layer of gold in gold-filled items is about one hundred times thicker than gold-plated items. A marking of 1/20 12K G.F. means that the piece is at least 1/20th 12K gold by weight." (- http://gold.yabz.com/measurements.htm)

Due to its mixed nature of metal composition, they are a tint tarnished and from my understanding, because gold doesn't tarnish I believe they are known as vermeil (which is a combination of metal, usually a gold coating over silver). As for the cameo, I can not verify what it is made of but appears to be carved shell -it definitely does not feel like plastic as it feels like cold stone to the touch.

Aside of its touch of tarnish, these are in very lovely condition and very good, clean working order. From a lot of research, I believe these MAY have been made around the 1940's but it's very possible it could have been made anywhere between the 1920's to 1950's.

Would make quite the vintage gift for the aficionado ;o) I would be happy to gift wrap it for you -just let me know ;o)

1 inch x a little under 1 inch
2.5cm x a drop under 2.5 cm

Please see shop policies for FAQ. On costlier items, I would highly recommend insurance and/or shipping confirmation. If you would like to opt for these features, please let me know prior to your purchase. Have a great holiday!
