Here are two sweet antique brown transferware ironstone butter pats / butterpats in the Lahore and Tournay designs by T. & R. Boote of Staffordshire, England. The Lahore pat has the English Registry mark on the underside dating this piece to 1880; the Tournay one has the Registry number dating this to 1899.

These off- white butter pats have a brown transfer design of florals and scrolls. Each measures approx. 3" diameter. They have the usual age-related crazing and each is discolored. Please refer to the above photographs. There are no chips or cracks.

Add these to your antique transferware collection! Use them as they were intended on the dining table! Or use them to hold your rings and earrings!

As always, please contact me with any queries!
