Topper and garlands are made from UV reflective paper poster board

Items need black light to glow. They fluoresce under black light.

Items are not LED lights. They are made from UV reflective paper.

Items are handmade by me in my shop and not a resold import.

I use a die cut to cut the letters out of neon pink, neon blue, neon orange, neon green, and neon yellow poster board, and then adhere them to a black background which I then mat with a neon green backing.

Each letter is approximately 2" (5 cm) high. HAPPY BIRTHDAY is in one long line measuring approximately 15.5" (39 cm) long. If you choose to add a name, the height will change to approximately 7.5" (19 cm) tall with the sticks.

There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.
