How do I personalise my order? How do I tell you?

Hello.. ok. Its very simple. Step 1. Put the item in your basket. Step 2. Fill out the personalisation boxes on the listing (if none are shown please send us a message once purchased) Step 3. Check out. If there's any issues, we will contact you. Don't worry.

How soon can you send it?

We start very early in the morning. Some items require time in the kiln. We try to send same day if ordered by 1pm (GMT UK) or next day at the latest. During peak gifting seasons.. like Christmas - this may be extended to up to 3 working days. UK Buyers: please expect your item within a day or two. INTERNATIONAL Buyers: please check your delivery timescales.

I own a shop and want to stock your items. Do you sell wholesale?

I want to combine postage, is that possible?

Yes, we always combine postage and the majority of our items are free post. If in doubt or if the checkout arrives at a high postal fee. Please contact us. International Customers: You are welcome to combine your orders too. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Are you legitimate company, I hear stories and worry?

Yes we are. We are registered with HMRC in the UK. We are also VAT registered. We are also a Limited (Ltd) company. We are a 'proper' company trading in the UK. How can I contact you?

You can contact us through various channels during working hours. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Email via Etsy: a log of the message is kept on your account. This is our preferred method of contact and easier to find and assist you promptly.

How do I buy rolls instead of folded paper?

All our paper is available as a rolled or folded sheets. We have 3 sections in our shop. Please select either the rolled paper section , the folded paper section or the metre paper section.

Do you sell your wrapping paper by the metre?

Yes we do. The price as of 25/07/2021 is £4.50 a metre x 60cm width. It is available under the Gift Wrap - by the metre - section in our shop. If your design is not in there yet, just message and ask us to put it in. We are updating this section day by day.

Returning of an order. Uk and/or International Purchase.

We are sorry to hear you want to return your order. UK customers: please message us and we will arrange either arrange a collection or process a refund for you. Please send photographs if the order is damaged. We do have strict return guidelines for our papers as they are easily damaged. Please enquire before purchasing if you feel it may need returning. Also, we do not accept returns if the papers are out of their original packaging. You must not unroll or undo papers if you want to return them. We do not accept returns, undone. International customers: please message us and we will assist you further. Please note, we do not refund original postal costs, and we do not pay for your returned order. This is at the buyer/customers
