This lovely pink milk glass compote has a hobnail design and ruffled rim and will be a perfect way to display a few small pieces of fruit or baked goods. This warm, salmon-y pink color glass was made by Fenton for a short time in the mid 1950s (they called it Rose Pastel). Unmarked.

Measures about 5 1/2 inches high, 7 3/4 inches diameter.

Overall condition is very good, with no chips, cracks or repairs. Minor color variations in the glass--you can see this pretty clearly in the image of the foot. There are a few tiny black specks in the glass on one hobnail and some fold lines in the glass on the interior of the bowl.
