Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Because all of our items are printed upon order and we don't hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed packages will be donated after 4 weeks.

Canton box company reached out right after I ordered to explain sizing. I ordered a large because I wanted the sweatshirt big and roomy. I definitely could have ordered a medium, my regular size. Color is great! Printing is great! I can't wait to wear the sweatshirt in cooler temperatures!

I've never been so disappointed in an Etsy purchase. I've had this "favorited" for nearly a year and was excited to finally order it. It just arrived today. The picture on the website makes the text look very thick, almost 3-D, like it's been embroidered. However, when I received my sweatshirt today, the text is very thin. You can actually see the navy of the sweatshirt through the writing. I'm just so disappointed. It looks like it will fade/wash away at the first laundering. Also, the writing isn't smooth; there are noticeable stops/starts in the cursive writing. The picture on the website is much better than the product I received.I've tried to post pictures, but there isn't an option here.
