Here is a vintage sewing pattern for making a Misses' Dress in Two Lengths: The sleeveless and collarless dress with skirt gathered to lined, surplice bodice has empire waistline, back zipper and purchased belt. V. 1 & 2 are ankle-length. V. 3 & 4 are regular-length. V. 1 has self fabric bias ruffle trim. V. 2 & 3 skirt contrasts bodice. V. 4 has lace edging ruffle.

It is Simplicity Pattern No. 7855; copyright 1968; Misses' Size 10:

Bust - 32-1/2 inches
Waist - 25 inches
Hip - 34-1/2 inches

The pattern has been cut and is complete with 9 printed pattern pieces and detailed instruction sheet. The envelope is in very good condition with wear and tear; the top flap has been wrinkled.
