As these pieces are made with partial readymade/found material, their care can be compromised even with copper wiring being so durable -- i.e. if the band of the necklace is made with copper wiring, fastened or wire-wrapped crystals. Wearing copper wire/copper coated wiring tends to darken and age over time -- it's completely normal and makes the jewelry look worn in. Even with copper wire being so durable, obviously I hope, that if you choose to engage in aggressive activity, I'd highly recommend taking your jewelry off. I understand that accidents do happen and I can do repairs to an extend for most pieces. The repair is free, the customer is responsible for shipping.

I highly recommend measuring your neck before purchasing a necklace size that fits your neck and comfort. There's a bit of flexibility with some of the cable necklaces, however, a necklace that has copper wiring as the band can be snug. I don't accept returns, that is why I highly recommend measuring your neck.
