Our extra virgin olive oil is a light and uniquely aromatic oil that compliments your various foods, especially salads, vegetables, seafood, and meats, as well as dipping with bread. This olive oil is cold pressed and refined by mechanical means shortly after harvest as a method of enhancing antioxidants and is packed with polyphenols to help promote health and longevity. Our olive oil is handpicked from the Amphissis olive trees in the Magnesia region of Thessaly in Greece by a small family owned orchard.
For Harvest year 2019, acidity is 0.24% and polyphenols are greater than 280 mg/kg.
This olive oil features a light, smooth buttery taste.

This is some of the best olive oil that I have ever had! It is the best of both worlds - on the one hand, very buttery and smooth, but with a kick at the end to reveal those healthy polyphenols! I actually purchased all 3 of the varieties - the early harvest (the highest in polyphenols with a tad more kick at the end), the organic extra virgin, and the extra virgin (also super high in polyphenols). All 3 are phenomenal! After reading, “Extra Virginity - the Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil,” and other on line education, I realized not all olive oil is created equal - far from it! This one is fresh pressed, straight from Greece, nothing added, high in polyphenols, and of both superior taste and heart healthy qualities!

Some of the best Olive Oil I've had! I knew this stuff was special so as soon as I received it, I made a trip to whole foods to get some bread for dipping and other ingredients for bruschetta worthy of this stuff. I was not disappointed. So smooth with a light buttery taste! I can almost taste the love and care that goes into this stuff from the small family orchards in Greece. Will definitely buy more for myself as well as for gifts. So tasty! Shipping was also extremely fast. Ordered Sunday, received on Wednesday.
