LAYAWAY POLICIES:
PAYMENT PLAN FOR LAYAWAY
I’ve had many people ask if their order can be broken up into payment plan which is ok with me. The item will be reserved for you alone once you contact me and make the first week's payment. A small down payment is all it takes to hold an item. I've had quite a few people pop in and ask me to hold an item until payday only to never hear back from them again so this sorts out who's serious or not. . I am quite willing to work with you so that you can comfortably afford anything in my shop you'd like without hurting your budget. Agreed upon payments must be paid in a timely manner around the discussed date. After the 3 days non-payment, the layaway is cancelled and the item will be relisted for general sale! No previous payments will be refunded. Communication is key; to a successful transaction. Just let me know what's going on if something comes up and you need a little more time to make your payment. BUT The next payment must be made on time. . 3 days maximum without communication about what's going on will be allowed before the layaway is cancelled and whatever money paid in is non-refundable. And I am sorry I cannot give people more time, but I have to know you are serious about the purchase. While the item is being held, someone else might have wanted or purchased the item and I will have lost a sale. So to be fair, this is the way it must be because a lot of work as well as time away from my family and money for supplies used to make your item are invested into the making of each of my items. I do appreciate all my customer and want to work with them on being able to purchase from my shop♥♥♥The item will not be made until last payment is made and then I will make and ship unless we speak and other arrangements are made if item is needed by a specific date♥♥♥♥

Returns & exchanges
Refunds are granted on non custom orders with in 3 days of recieving item and as long as the item comes back in the condition it was sent, not worn or messed with in anycase . Not responsible for custom when shipping internationally. International Buyers: please beware that shipping times to different country varies, it can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive. If it has not arrived by the 4th week please let us know. If you fail to contact us by the 10th week, we have fufilled our obligation Money can be refunded, but the cost of shipping and handling is subtracted and on non custom orders a restock fee on anything over 40.00 is 20.00 per item and $20.00 is $10.00 per item and anything under $20.00 is a $5.00 is subtracted from the refund and no refund on shipping cost. No refunds on halloween orders or custom orders. If you have any questions please ask. When buying my items you are saying you have read shop policies and agree to abide by them.

International buyers be warn customs does open boxes. Once the box leaves my hand I'm not responsible, but will get you a tracking number or for out of country form number free of charge.
