High quality. Took about an hour to put together. It looks great in our home! Would highly recommend this to anyone who has a little one from 12 mo - 4 years old. True craftsmanship.

I'm incredibly excited about the purchase! The individual negative reviews here I can not understand at all! From front to back everything was great! The shipping took a week, the setup was explained in the instructions super simple and the smell was gone after a day. Our children LOVE the climbing tower! He's the most amazing thing I've ever bought, really! Also the customer service is super friendly and accommodating! So, all those who are still thinking and hesitating: buy here! You will not regret it 😊

So.. first let me say.. overall, definitely a 5 star product. quality is very high end. Customer service is great. Shipping was lightening fast, which was surprising. Putting the thing together was a beast.. we have quite a few screws unused. we have one long pole that doesn't belong anywhere. The instructions were just pictures and they didn't completely match what the finished product required.. some of them were backwards and showing 6 poles where only 5 could go.. but that being said.. it was surprisingly not that frustrating to put together. I've had Ikea furniture that gave me a bigger headache. I did it myself and my husband came behind and checked and tweaked.. saw some of the obvious inconsistencies but they didn't really matter for the finished product. my toddler loves it. Great Product. highly recommend.
