Antique Victorian jewelry bubble locket in the form of a watch case. Studio portraits of a very small boy and girl with enormous bow. The case is a deep pewter color, printed over its bezel with a chess board pattern, and the ball at the top has vertical stripes. Thick convex lenses of glass on each side magnify the images below them, setting them in a glowing pool of light. The little boy's pale blonde hair has been shorn short, and has a glowy sheen at his temples (halo / horns). His tiny shoulders have been perfectly fitted with dark attire. His face is undeniably sweet. His big sister has an enormous bow in her hair, and an oversized eyelet cut white dress. The state of her hair, and the smart frown on her face lead me to suspect she's a wild child who's just been photographed immediately after having been forcibly stuffed into a dress with a nautical collar. An exceptional piece for collectors of old photos, child photos, bubble lockets, Victorian lockets, Victorian jewelry, Victorian fobs.

I've added a sparkly sterling chain. Ring at the top of the pendant is a split ring, like a keychain. Depending on how you'd like the piece to hang, this ring may be removed / reattached to function as a pendant or fob.

Counting the bail, locket is 1 3/8 inch tall, chain is 18 inches
Counting the bail, locket is 35 mm tall, chain is 44 cm
