How do I personalise my product? You can either message me before or after purchase or use the customisation box available on most of my items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

How will the card be packaged? I am trying to be more eco friendly so have stopped using cello packaging (plastic wrapping) although I do still use them for posting abroad. My cards are usually placed inside their envelope, wrapped in paper and placed in another envelope. My pictures are usually packed in scrunched up paper and packed in a cardboard box.

Can the item be send direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! Just pop the message in the customisation box or send me a message with the text you would like inside the card. Be sure to put the recipient's address as the delivery address.

Custom and personalised orders

Can a totally new card or frame be designed just for me? Definitely. I get lots of these requests and I'm more than happy to design a new, unique product just for you. Simply message me and I will make up a draft for you to approve and will let you know costs and how to order.
